While nobody quite knows the exact reason for the surprising split between Konami and long time partner in the Metal Gear Solid series Hideo Kojima and Kojima Productions, With Kojima seemingly somewhat quiet about the whole affair but Konami seems to be going to extraordinary lengths to erase Kojima’s name from the game. This behavior is unprofessional and childish, and what makes this funny is when a person thinks about Metal Gear, They think Kojima not Konami. With micro-transactions infecting MGS The Phantom Pain one can only hope this is a good farewell of quality we want and not the overpriced schlock we have seen from the triple A gaming world.
