AbleGamers 10,000 Scholarship is Wonderful
The AbleGamers Charity has done something magnificent aside from the usual. AbleGamers recently launched a $10,000 scholarship program giving students with disabilities assistance in their path to a career in the games industry.
The AbleGamers Fellowship are taking applications 3rd and 4th year students working on a degree in game development disciplines, or computer science with a gaming focus.

FTC Says Machinima Used Deceptive Advertisements With Xbox One Youtube Videos
From what the FTC has ruled that Machinima deceived people with Paid reviews of Xbox One without properly disclosing the information. This comes from 2014 when Machinima came under accusation of deceiving viewers. Machinima did not help the situation by stating its Xbox One promoting videos were “a typical marketing partnership. Sadly this is ALL to common in the gaming industry.

If you are a Red Dwarf fan this is pretty much like your very own version of Holly.
Minecraft Story Mode Cast & Release Date
Minecraft: Story Mode was listed on Amazon and the Amazon UK citing some release dates. October 27 in North America and October 30 in the UK. Telltale Games, has not announced an official release date for the IP. These dates could change at any time.
Minecraft: Story Mode features an all-star voice cast which includes comedian Patton Oswalt, Brian Posehn (Fantastic 4: Rise of the Silver Surfer), Ashley Johnson (The Last of Us), Scott Porter (Batman: Arkham Knight), Martha Plimpton (The Goonies), Dave Fennoy (The Walking Dead), Corey Feldman (The Goonies), Billy West (Futurama), and Paul Reubens (The Nightmare Before Christmas).

Gamers Educate Jimmy Kimmel Thoughts
Jimmy Kimmel recently angered lots of gamers over his comments when he suggested the activity of watching other people play video games online is a waste of time. Now Jimmy Kimmel did a recent video with Markiplier & MissesMae as he tried out Rocket League, and watched a video of someone playing Minecraft with a VR headset. Jimmy Kimmel was more interesting in cracking jokes (because he is a comedian and is paid to tell jokes & poke fun at things) rather than learning about the medium.
Notice he did admit before hand in the original comments which got gamers mad you will hear Kimmel saying he is out of touch admitting he doesn’t quite understand what is going on, when it comes to let’s plays and watching gaming live streams.
The weird hug at the end…Yeah that was weird, nobody seemed like they wanted to partake in that party. Does Jimmy Kimmel care about gaming? Probably not but it doesn’t matter Jimmy Kimmel is not responsible if your next pick of video game comes out. He is a comedian who makes fun of things. This time gaming just happened to be the subject matter.
