BioWare has discussed some details about Mass Effect: Andromeda, mainly in the areas of combat and story. When we come to combat senior development director Chris Wynn was talking to a fan on twitter and said,
“There are some new elements that make it more dynamics, but overall similar feel to Mass Effect 3.”
He also made some confirmations with Shepard not being in the next installment because “Storywise, it wouldn’t make much sense,”
Wynn also wanted people to understand the game is still very much in active devlopment and since they haven’t added every character to Andromeda so he couldn’t answer questions about minor characters from the original trilogy.
Wynn did drop some hints that players would be seeing familiar races, the mako and other things to make players feel at home in the world. Andromeda launches in fall 2016 for PC, Playstation 4, and the Xbox One.

The truth is Women in modern society are actually privileged, not “oppressed.” in order to understand fully you have to consider the special rights that are granted to females. Women have better ways around and inside the education system such as affirmative actions & quotas for women; “women only” scholarships to put them through school without spending a dime. Also women don’t have to register for Select Service though they are now fully able to fight in wars today. Also punishment for female criminals is far less serve jail times. In the terms of courts women can opt out of parental responsibilities but men can’t and are severely punished for their choice of divorce. So what’s all the fuzz about you may be asking. Politics is the answer.
In the place of politics today’s feminists claim that women are “oppressed” or suffer from other imaginary illusion that really is of no importance. Understand it’s not like the short-lived first and second wave feminist movements that did actually has a base and footing. Today’s “movement” has no goals. Since there is nothing to be repair or fixed. So the cries can simply live on forever due to the blind leading the blind for a “greater good”. Today Feminism falls solely on Oppression. But what about female oppression, does it exist? Given the widespread belief in this phenomenon, one would expect it to be easy to define. Though there isn’t any evidence that women are oppressed in the west. For the East well… all are oppressed. Women hold no quarter of their own. They are all in the shit fest together.
People let us think. Yes, this brain that is between our ears. Let us use it. Ask yourself if there clearly was a problem. If there was in fact a massive oppression of women in the west wouldn’t a political program be drawn up to end this made up problem. But there hasn’t been one presented… has there? But why? Feminism can be victorious once and for all! Where’s the bill? The answer is that the world truly is filled with gullible people. One must admit that the idea of systemic female oppression has little or no solid evidence to back it at all. It is INDEED based on a series of myths that have become cemented into the minds of the populace using the media. Or currently in Hillary Clinton’s case… to get votes. Don’t you get it yet people? Feminism in the west is a tool. It’s a wrench to futher a person or companies agenda! Nothing more. Nothing less! Still don’t believe me? Try to question these beliefs that women are oppressed. Ask yourself are women not totally in control of relationships and marriage?
Are women not handed the power to fight in wars and vote? Are women not catered to in the education system? Are women turned down for jobs due to being women? If you find the truth in these questions. You my friend will only have fingers pointed at you screaming Blasphemy that will make you a Misogynist, a Rape Apologist or a tool of the Patriarchy. But fear not my friends. For it is meaningless dribble that has no foundation much like the cause of feminism today. So for you feminist out there. Your war was over years ago. It’s time to drop the cause and enjoy what’ve won. Your equality. No? Won’t be dropping the cause? Well then it seems you want more than equality…. don’t you? Chris Pranger has been fired from Nintendo’s America’s Treehouse localisation division and was let go after some remarks he had made over a recent podcast appearance.
Pragner was talking about how fans react when Nintendo decides not to localize certain titles.
“They just say the classic, ‘Why do you hate money? Why do you hate money, Nintendo?’,” Pranger said, mimicking a stereotypical video games fan voice.
“And it’s like, ‘What are you talking about?’ We’re trying to make… obviously it has to make calculated risks, but at the same time, one of those risks… and I mean they’ll bring up games that are very Japanese games, like Captain Rainbow for instance.
“They’ll bring that up like, ‘Look how many people want this. Don’t you want money?’ And we’ll be like, ‘Yeah, we do want money, which is why we know it’s a colossal waste if we ever try to localize that in this current market, because look at you people. You don’t make up a big enough group.'”
Pragner also talked about the luck of the draw aspect with Nintendo of Europe decided to take the fall of the costs, when it came to Xenoblade Chronicles.
“You look at something like even Xenoblade Chronicles,” Pranger said. “People love that game, you know, within a certain group. That game is not the type of game that just pulls in enough to justify the costs on that.
“So that’s like, we got it in the States by luck, that Nintendo of Europe decided, ‘Oh, we’ll take the fall. We’ll localize that.’ Okay, ’cause someone is going to have to eat the costs somewhere, because that game is guaranteed to not sell enough to justify how big that game is. You know, hundreds of hours, all voiced. That’s a lot of money that goes into that.
“And people are like, ‘Why do you guys hate money?’ We don’t. That’s why you literally can’t make everything. And people don’t like finding out that their fan base is actually too small to justify the costs of the thing they want.”
Pragner basically got fired for speaking his mind in a tactful manner.
EA Chief Operating Officer (COO) believes on disc DLC conspiracy is nonsense. It is pretty much common knowledge that game studios will make plans to create DLC during the production of the game itself. Some other people believe game studios go as far as create content during production while holding it back for post release sales. This is what Peter Moore among other things believe is nonsense.
Peter Moore had some statements
“A lot of resistance comes from the erroneous belief that somehow companies will ship a game incomplete, and then try to sell you stuff they have already made and held back. Nonsense,” Moore said.
“My desk in the office is about fifty feet away from Visceral, and it’s a hive of activity developing extra content for Battlefield Hardline. You come and stand where I am, and you see the work that is being done right now. And it’s not just DLC, this is free updates and ongoing balance changes.”
When it comes to DLC now being bundled and season passes being all the rage in how game studios can make their money back, this really feeds into the thoughts of people who believe some companies develop DLC during the production of a base game, before locking it away and charging you later.
“You have to do that from a technical perspective. Think of them as APIs,” he said.
“Knowing down the road that something needs to sit on what you’ve already made, means you have to put some foundations down. What people are confused about is they think DLC is secretly on the disc, and that it’s somehow unlocked when we say.”
Moore also touched on a few other things like games development and how post release content requires lots of staff and manpower.
“The big games drive so much engagement nowadays, because they are not games you play for a while and then walk away from. Triple-A games today have live elements to them, and things like season passes are a way of keeping people engaged.
“Season passes themselves are also a huge investment. Today we’ve got what used to be the size of a whole game development team, of about 40 or 50 people, working solely on the extra content.”
All in all Peter Moore must think we are stupid to believe this.
Epic Games has warned users not to click links in e-mails claiming to be from the studio. Epic Games has been “experiencing a phishing attack.”
Epic Games released the following statement
“We are experiencing a phishing attack,” he said. “Please DO NOT CLICK ANY LINKS contained within emails claiming to be from us (anyone at Epic Games) until further notice.
“As always do not give out sensitive information such as login credentials,” he continued. “If you have any questions regarding this matter, please post them here and we will try to answer them. We are currently investigating and will keep this thread updated as we have more information.”
The ESL begins random drug testing next month. Intel Extreme Masters, ESL One and ESL ESEA Pro League competitions are going to be doing this regularly.
An ESL spokesperson said.
“In order to maintain the fair play spirit of our sport, ESL has partnered with NADA (Nationale Anti Doping Agentur, located in Bonn, Germany) to help research and determine an anti-PEDs policy that is fair, feasible and respects the privacy of the players, whilst simultaneously providing conclusive testing results.”
“ESL will remain proactive in ensuring all professional players and organisations involved in our competitions will be informed about the current status of this initiative,” the spokesperson continued. “This will include the list of banned substances, the methods of testing, and the disciplinary actions for players caught using PEDs and/or admitting to having used them.”
The ESL is working with the World Anti Doping Agency to get new rules worldwide to create a prevention program. If you are wondering about marijuana you can smoke it just not the day of competition.

Star Wars Battlefront is including Blast mode. Which is just team death match with a different moniker. Here is what you can expect from the Team Deathmatch mode.
Teams of 10, 100 kills or 10 minute time limit, no vehicles, no hero or villain characters, weapons are scattered throughout the map in the form of pickups, and the maps will be smaller in scale.
